Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our garments and accessories worldwide via DHL and EMS. Please note that customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
How can I ensure the dress will fit me?
Each product page includes detailed measurements for bust, waist, and length. Many of our JSKs feature shirring (elastic) to allow for a comfortable, adjustable fit.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that sale items and intimate apparel are final sale.
How should I care for my lace and delicate fabrics?
We recommend professional dry cleaning for most coordinate pieces. For items that allow hand-washing, use cold water and a neutral detergent to preserve the delicate lace and prints.
Are petticoats included with the dresses?
Petticoats are sold separately. To achieve the signature bell-shaped silhouette shown in our stock photos, we recommend layering one of our volume petticoats underneath your skirt.
Can I cancel a reservation or pre-order?
Reservations are considered a commitment to purchase. Cancellations are generally not accepted, as these items are produced in limited quantities based on order volume.
